Your order is given our personal attention and like all enquirers is dealt with as quickly as possible. If you have any special requests regarding delivery or your order in general, please e-mail us and your request will be dealt with immediately.
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo using our shopping cart system which is fully supported by a secure server protecting your card details.
If your purchase is faulty in any way please return it and you will receive a full refund. You will be covered by the full manufacturers warranty. Sorry, we cannot pay for return postage.
MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We endeavor to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and not later than 72 hours after receiving the order on 01924 279 403, or alternatively email sales@furnituredirectonline.co.uk.
LIABILITY
All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of Furniture Direct Online control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
