DELIVERY CHARGE
For all sofas, we charge a delivery fee of £50. We want to provide the very best, stress-free service and your new item deserves to arrive in style! Our friendly, experienced delivery team will carefully deliver it to a room of your choice.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some postcode areas, outlined below:
AB, IV, HS, GY, JE,KW, PA32-PA38, PH4 - PH50
Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland

THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Check your new sofa will fit. If you have any questions about whether you think the sofa will fit, please contact us.
Please ensure that you enter the correct details into your order including contact details and address details.
Is there clear access and parking for the delivery drivers? If there is anything out of the ordinary, or your not sure just let us know prior to delivery.
BOOKING YOUR DELIVERY
We want to make shopping with us as simple and as stress-free as possible. You will be contacted by our delivery team generally within 5 working days of placing your order.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message from our delivery team to confirm a time window.
Once the delivery team arrives they will find somewhere safe to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice.
Please inspect the sofa whilst the drivers are there to ensure you are happy with the delivery and the product.
TAKE AWAY OLD SOFA
While we do not currently offer removals, you can arrange free furniture collection with the British Heart Foundation. You can find all the information you need below.
You can contact The British Heart Foundation directly to arrange collection of your unwanted furniture at a time that suits you. They will then sell it in one of their 700+ shops throughout the UK, and the proceeds will help fund life-saving research. So you can get rid of your unwanted stuff, and feel good about it, too. This service is free of charge. Just call 0808 250 0115 to arrange your collection.

At Furniture Direct Online, you can buy our sofas with confidence, as we offer a no-hassle 30-day return policy period, from the date of your delivery. We do everything we can to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision on your purchase. We encourage you to double-check measurements, space in your room & colour schemes before purchasing. We offer free customer photos to prevent any unexpected surprises on delivery.
If you get the item and you decide you don’t want it, you can return it within 30 days.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your product, you can return it within 30 days. Your 30-day period starts from your day of delivery.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or something similar.
Email our customer service team and we’ll let you know how to return it, or arrange for a collection. Once it gets back to us, you’ll receive a full refund (minus any collection costs, if you use our service).
HOW MUCH DO RETURNS COST?
If you need to return an item because it’s faulty, or we have done something wrong, You will not be charged.
If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item to our Outlet Warehouse free of charge. This must be pre-arranged, and any returns that are not arranged in advance will be rejected.
HOW MUCH DO COLLECTIONS COST?
If you would like us to collect your return, we can send our dedicated collections team for a £299 charge anywhere in the UK. (The collection fee will be deducted from your refund.)
Remember, unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or something similar.
Our collections team will inspect the product on-site with you to ensure that it meets the criteria.
PRODUCTS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED
We do not accept returns under this policy for items that are damaged, worn or have any other defects.
We do not accept return requests for items that have been delivered over 100 days ago.
We do not accept items that are not in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or something similar.
We do not accept returns on orders where the returns policy has already been used against a prior purchase for the same customer.
We do not accept returns when we suspect dishonesty or misconduct on your part.
