In order to keep costs down the courier service that we use cannot deliver to floors above ground level, therefore items ordered will only be delivered to the ground floor of the house or ground floor entrance of flats or apartments.
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo using our shopping cart system which is fully supported by a secure server protecting your card details. However if you wish to pay by alternative method please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or 01924 265 483 for details.
If your purchase is faulty in any way please return it and you will receive a full refund. You will be covered by the full manufacturers warranty. Sorry, we cannot pay for return postage.
MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We endeavor to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and not later than 72 hours after receiving the order on 01924 265 483, or alternatively email email@example.com.
We are able to send goods to customers overseas (with the exception of certain products).Please contact us for further information.
All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of Furniture Direct Online control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
