On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared.

To ensure we’re keeping our customers and colleagues safe during the covid-19 outbreak we have been operating a phased delivery program . This includes training our delivery staff on increased hygiene practices and social distancing measures including non -contact deliveries to the main outside door. Our delivery team will contact you when we are able to deliver your order however we are running a reduced team so we can’t deliver to you as quickly as we would usually like to. The team will politely ask you to stay at least 2m away from them throughout the delivery process. If the delivery conditions are not suitable at the point of delivery our delivery team will happily return the order back to our warehouse on the same vehicle.
